Court quashes fraud, conspiracy findings in RM52.2mil Johor land dispute

The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya has set aside findings of fraud and conspiracy against a businessman and property agents in a dispute over a proposed RM52.2 million land sale in Plentong, Johor Bahru. The court upheld the High Court's decision that no binding sale agreement was concluded and that a private caveat was wrongfully lodged.
