Evocom sets IPO price at 18 sen, aims to raise RM20.5mil on ACE Market
E-commerce enabler Evocom Bhd is set to list on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market at 18 sen per share, aiming to raise RM20.5 million. The company will use the proceeds for working capital, technology development, and expanding its air freight business. It also plans to establish a new headquarters in Nilai, Negri Sembilan.
