Well Chip shareholders back RM120m rights issue for pawnshop expansion
Well Chip Group Bhd shareholders approved a proposed rights issue of up to 120 million new shares to raise between RM60.8 million and RM120 million. The funds will be used to expand the group's pawnshop network and its pawn financing portfolio.
