Johor reviews service apartment guidelines amid JS-SEZ growth
The Johor state government is reviewing its Service Apartment Planning Guidelines to ensure residential development does not outpace the provision of public amenities like schools and clinics. State housing committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor stressed the need for balance following the expected development boom from the JS-SEZ and Forest City.
