Court rejects discharge bid by Maju Holdings chairman and wife

The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court has rejected a discharge not amounting to acquittal (DNAA) application by Maju Holdings Executive Chairman Abu Sahid Mohamed and his wife, Noor Azrina Azmi. They face charges of criminal breach of trust and money laundering linked to the Maju Highway project. The court set November 20 for further case management.
