Pestec disputes winding-up petition, says not validly served
Pestec International Bhd has disputed a winding-up petition filed by Shandong Power Equipment Company Limited, saying it was not validly served. The company says the petition stems from a disputed corporate guarantee and that it has obtained an injunction against SPECO.
