Grab to buy 60% of Atome Financial for US$1.49 billion
Grab will take an initial 60 per cent stake in Singapore-based Atome Financial for US$1.49 billion, with an option to buy the remaining 40 per cent about two years after closing. The deal could value Atome at up to US$4.5 billion and is expected to complete by the third quarter of 2027.
