Eco-Shop proposes new employee share option scheme of up to 5% of shares
Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad has proposed establishing a new employees' share option scheme covering up to 5.0% of its total issued ordinary shares, excluding treasury shares. The announcement was made to Bursa Malaysia on 15 September 2026.
