Power to defer pardon plea lies with the King, says Hannah Yeoh
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Federal Territories) Hannah Yeoh said the power to defer Najib Razak's pardon application rests with the King, Sultan Ibrahim. She said she gave her views at the Pardons Board meeting on September 11 in line with Article 42 of the Federal Constitution.
