Box mistaken for radioactive material in Sri Petaling turns out to be team building game
Police confirmed a plastic box suspected of containing radioactive material in front of a premises in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, actually held 20 plastic bricks from a game called 'radioactive bomb' used for team building. The box was accidentally left behind by a worker from a training management company after a programme in Ipoh, Perak, and the Bomb Disposal Unit destroyed it before the Atomic Energy Department confirmed no radioactive residue.

Perhilitan tracks elephant hit by car near Kemaman

Four children who fell into Kulim drain buried in single grave
Four children who fell into a drain at Taman Desa Kayangan, Sungai Karangan, Kulim last night have completed post-mortems at the Forensic Department of Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar. Their bodies will be taken back to Kulim for burial in a single grave at the Tanah Perkuburan Islam Masjid Sungai Karangan today. The incident happened when they tried to retrieve a ball that had fallen into the drain.

Box with toy blocks destroyed by bomb squad in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling
A suspicious plastic box found in front of a shoplot in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, was destroyed by a police bomb disposal unit on Monday afternoon. Initial checks showed a high radiation reading, prompting the deployment of the Bomb Disposal Unit and the Bukit Aman CBRNE unit, but the Malaysian Nuclear Agency later confirmed no radioactivity. Negri Sembilan DKU declares April proclamation invalid
The Negri Sembilan Dewan Keadilan dan Undang has declared the April 19, 2026 proclamation on the abdication of Yang di-Pertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir unconstitutional and invalid. MIROS proposes regular health checks for elderly drivers

Police: Viral Cyberjaya barrier push was done with Tamarind Square management's permission
