44 Zeel Production artists join National Day tour of Perlis attractions
A group of 44 artists who often act in dramas produced by Zeel Production joined a tour of tourist locations in Perlis to mark National Day. The program, organized with the Perlis Artists Association, aimed to strengthen ties and provide valuable experiences. Visited locations included Tasik Melati, Gua Kelam, and Taman Herba.

Minister urges Kenyah community to unite and create master plan for cultural and economic future
At the opening of the Sarawak Kenyah Cultural Festival 7.0 in Miri, Minister Dato Sri Dr Stephen Rundi Utom called on the Kenyah community to strengthen unity and develop a roadmap for its future. He said cultural heritage should be developed into a sustainable economic asset through tourism, entrepreneurship, and modern technology, without compromising its authenticity.

Zi Chuan Ge temple in Sri Aman holds 17th annual Hungry Ghost Festival rite
The Zi Chuan Ge De Jiao Hui temple in Sri Aman, Sarawak, is holding its three-day annual Hungry Ghost Festival prayer ceremony for the 17th year. The event features over 1,400 ancestral memorial tablets, an increase from last year, and for the first time includes participants from the Sheng De En Gong temple in Kuching.

Sabah minister launches Sabah Fest 2026, urges tourism to benefit communities
Sabah's Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Jafry Ariffin launched Sabah Fest 2026 in Kota Kinabalu, marking the 50th anniversary of the Sabah Tourism Board. He said tourism should create opportunities for communities and young Sabahans. The month-long festival features 50 events across the state from Aug 29 to Sept 29.
