Stray dog attack leads to license revocation and RM250 fine by MBPP

The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has revoked the license of a pet dog and fined its owner RM250 after the dog attacked a stray in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. The incident, which was captured on video and went viral, prompted the council's action under the MPPP (Dogs) By-Laws 1977.
