LTAT to become major shareholder in GTA Holdings after IPO
Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) will emerge as the sole institutional investor and new major shareholder in GTA Holdings Bhd following the company's initial public offering (IPO). LTAT will hold a 5.60 percent stake in the enlarged share capital of 1.29 billion shares. GTA, an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services provider, is set to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on September 8, 2026.
