Robert Kuok's grandson Kuok Meng Xiong takes over as PPB Group managing director
PPB Group Bhd announced that Datuk Kuok Meng Xiong, grandson of Malaysia's richest man Tan Sri Robert Kuok, has officially taken over as Group Managing Director effective 1 September 2026. He succeeds Lim Soon Huat, who retired after nearly two decades with the group. Jeremy Goon has also been appointed as Executive Director.
