Apple's John Ternus takes over as CEO from Tim Cook
John Ternus has become Apple's new chief executive, succeeding Tim Cook after a 15-year tenure. Ternus, previously head of hardware engineering, faces challenges in AI and China relations, with his first major test at the iPhone event on Sept 9.
