Appeal court rules factoring firm can recover RM21.1m from KL Petrogas
The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya allowed SA Puncak Management's appeal and ordered KL Petrogas to pay RM21.1 million. The court ruled that the pre-factoring facility was valid debt financing, not unlicensed moneylending.
