KKDW payment delays threaten contractors, PKMM warns of closures
The Malay Contractors Association (PKMM) has warned that delayed payments for projects under the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) are causing severe cash flow problems for contractors. PKMM President Datuk Mohd Rosdi Abdul Aziz said many of its 26,000 members are affected, with some facing the risk of closing down due to unpaid progress claims.
