Star Sabah threatens ICJ action if MA63 demands unmet
Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku (Star Sabah) has said it will take its Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) demands to the International Court of Justice as a last resort if the Federal Government does not fully implement the agreement. Party president Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan made the statement at the party's 10th anniversary celebration in Kota Kinabalu, also urging the government to fulfill Sabah's rights, including the 40 percent federal revenue allocation.
