MACC chief: Tabung Haji probe based on evidence, VVIP may face charges
MACC Chief Commissioner Abd Halim Aman said the investigation into Tabung Haji is based on evidence and complaints, not just old cases. He stated a VVIP could potentially be charged in connection with the Al Rawda property leasing investment in Saudi Arabia, and that other investigation papers will be referred to the Attorney General's Chambers.
