High Court rejects Malaysian Bar's challenge to HRD Corp levy on lawyers
The Kuala Lumpur High Court has dismissed a judicial review by the Malaysian Bar that challenged the application of the HRD Corp levy to the legal profession. The court ruled there is no conflict between the PSMB Act and the Legal Profession Act.
