Rural Development Ministry denies overspending, says payments were for pandemic-era project arrears
The Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) has denied claims by the Finance Ministry that it spent more than its approved allocation. KKDW said the payments were to meet commitments and arrears for projects from the pandemic era, and that all spending is subject to government financial procedures.
