Mudajaya unit files second RM17.56m claim against ECRL contractor CCC
Mudajaya Corp Bhd has served a second payment claim of RM17.56 million against China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd over the East Coast Rail Link project. The claim follows an earlier adjudication win for RM7.77 million, which CCC has not paid and is contesting through arbitration. Mudajaya's shares fell 7.46% following the announcement.
