Expert: MAPC consortium can drive high-value semiconductor industry
A semiconductor technology expert said the Malaysian Advanced Packaging Consortium (MAPC), which brings together five local companies, can generate higher value than funding companies separately. The consortium involves an investment of RM185.8 million to develop the country's advanced semiconductor packaging capabilities within two years.
