Sarawak churches seek apology from UMNO over clergy, Bible remarks

The Association of Churches in Sarawak has called for an immediate and unconditional apology over remarks allegedly mocking Christian clergy and the Bible at the recent UMNO General Assembly. Its chairman, Bishop Danald Jute, wants UMNO and the politician involved to retract the remarks and apologise to the Christian community.
