Warisan leader rejects population-ratio seat plan for Sabah, Sarawak
A Warisan Supreme Council member, Mazliwati Abdul Malek Chua, criticised the Prime Minister's proposal to allocate Sabah and Sarawak parliamentary seats by population ratio. She argued it ignores the constitutional protections, including the Cobbold Commission findings and the one-third representation safeguard, agreed when the two states helped form Malaysia.
