EcoWorld tops Singapore GLS tender with S$208.1m bid for Bishan site
Eco World Development Group submitted the highest bid of S$208.1 million for a 99-year leasehold residential site at Lorong Puntong/Sin Ming Avenue in Singapore's Bishan planning area. The tender, which closed on Sept 15, drew seven bids including one from a Sunway-MCL Land venture. Singapore's URA has not yet awarded the site.
