Mustapha: Sabah 40% entitlement not limited to RM1.5b interim grant
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Mustapha Sakmud said Sabah's constitutional 40% revenue entitlement continues beyond the RM1.5 billion interim grant for 2026, up from RM600 million previously. In a Malaysia Day message he also said MA63 should be treated as a national narrative and cited progress on Borneonisation and parliamentary seat increases for Sabah and Sarawak.
