Chef dies after bicycle wheel caught in drain cover gap in Bukit Beruang
A 36-year-old chef, Ahmad Shasli Hassan, died after his bicycle's front wheel caught in the gap of an iron drain cover in Bukit Beruang, Melaka, causing him to fall and suffer severe head and facial injuries.
