Court rejects Maju Holdings director and wife's bid for discharge without acquittal
The Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur dismissed an application by Maju Holdings director Tan Sri Abu Sahid Mohamed and his wife for a discharge not amounting to an acquittal on charges of criminal breach of trust and money laundering. The court ordered the prosecution to submit a list of witnesses and set November 20 for further case management. Abu Sahid faces charges of misappropriating over RM458.5 million and money laundering, while his wife is charged with receiving proceeds from unlawful activities.

Court rejects DNAA bid in RM452m CBT, laundering case against Maju Holdings director and wife
