Court of Appeal rules in favour of financing company in RM21.1 million dispute
The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya ruled that SA Puncak Management Sdn Bhd was engaged in debt financing, not unlicensed moneylending, in a dispute over RM21.1 million with KL Petrogas Sdn Bhd. The court allowed SAPM's appeal and ordered KLP to pay the amount plus interest.
