Two dead in boat collision, boat operator detained

Two people died and several were injured when two passenger boats collided near Kuala Sungai Mersing, Mersing, Johor. Police have arrested a 33-year-old local man, the operator of one of the boats, and remanded him for four days to assist in the investigation.
