Pioneer Heat plans Bintulu, Sendayan expansion ahead of ACE Market IPO
Pioneer Heat Holdings plans to expand its operations in East and Central Malaysia ahead of its listing on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market. The company will set up a new office and workshop in Bintulu, Sarawak, and a new headquarters in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. The IPO involves issuing 86.7 million new shares at RM0.25 each to raise RM21.675 million.
