MAG to build new catering facility near KLIA, targets 2029 operations
Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) will develop a new catering facility near Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) through its unit, MAG Culinary Solutions. The facility is targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028 and to begin operations in the second quarter of 2029, with a production capacity of about 50,000 meals a day. Groundwork began in July 2026 after receiving approvals from CAAM and MIDA.
