Appeals court upholds death sentence in 2017 Tanjung Sepat fire murders
The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya upheld the death sentence of Kang Chang Heng for murdering four members of his girlfriend's family in a fire at their home in Tanjung Sepat, Selangor, in 2017. The court also upheld a nine-year jail sentence for causing injury to an 11-year-old survivor.
