Appeal dismissed: Death sentence upheld for disabled man who killed family of four in Tanjung Sepat

The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya has upheld the death sentence for Kang Chang Heng, 47, who was found guilty of murdering a family of four, including two children, in a fire in Tanjung Sepat, Selangor in 2017. The three-judge panel dismissed his appeal against the conviction and sentence handed down by the Shah Alam High Court.
