Teen who molested sister again after boys' home gets 12 months' jail and caning

A 19-year-old in Singapore was sentenced to 12 months' jail and one stroke of the cane for molesting his sister while she slept, after earlier sexually assaulting her at 13. He had spent about three years in a welfare home and returned to the family in 2023. He is appealing and is out on bail.
