Student loses RM29,000 after scammers pose as cops, threaten arrest over money laundering

A student in Ipoh lost RM29,000 to scammers posing as police officers who threatened arrest over money laundering. Police arrested three local men in five raids across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor in connection with the scam.
