Hajj operators award introduced to spur service quality competition

The government has introduced the inaugural Anugerah Pengelola Jemaah Haji (PJH) to encourage healthy competition among Malaysian hajj pilgrimage operators. Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Dr Zulkifli Hasan said the annual award, with bronze, silver and gold categories, aims to improve service quality for Malaysian pilgrims. He made the announcement after presenting licences to 33 PJH companies for the upcoming 1448H hajj season in Sepang.
