MTUC: LINDUNG 24 Jam is result of engagement since 2018, not a unilateral Perkeso decision
MTUC President Datuk Abdul Halim Mansor stated that the LINDUNG 24 Jam scheme is not a unilateral decision by Perkeso, but the result of engagement with various parties since 2018. The engagement process involved over 1,400 participants at 13 locations nationwide. He said the scheme is important to close the protection gap for accidents occurring outside working hours.
