EC's Sarawak redelineation maps, tools praised as more transparent by civil groups
Civil society groups ROSE and Tindak Malaysia have commended the Election Commission for increased transparency in its Sarawak redelineation exercise, citing detailed constituency maps and an eligibility-checking tool. They noted the new approach improves upon the 2015 exercise and helps reduce the voter disparity between the largest and smallest constituencies in the state.
