SME group wants MyCC enforcement paired with safe complaint channels
The SME Association of Malaysia is urging the Malaysia Competition Commission to combine stronger enforcement powers with anonymous reporting channels, saying small firms fear retaliation from big suppliers. Its president, Dr Chin Chee Seong, also wants nationwide workshops on the Competition Act, while economist Geoffrey Williams says licensing reform is needed to break cartels.
