At an affordable housing apartment on Jalan Ipoh in Kuala Lumpur, seven or eight Bangladeshi workers have been occupying equipment and pump rooms as living quarters and workshops, storing motorcycle tyres, black oil and petrol, and running an illegal motorcycle repair operation.
